Eliminator Boats Under New Ownership

Eliminator Boats has been sold to RevLine, LLC. The bankruptcy sale of the company was approved by the court on Wednesday December 19.

RevLine LLC was formed specifically by an investor group to purchase Eliminator’s business operations, intellectual property and certain tangible assets for $1.5 million.

The new company will be called RevLine LLC, doing business as Eliminator Boats.

Jake Fraleigh, current Eliminator general manager is a partner in RevLine LLC and will assume the company presidency. James Wong, the court appointed CEO of Eliminator, will relinquish his role to Fraleigh and assist him toward a smooth transition, including completion of the customers’ boats in production and service.
