Windy Boats will be marking the Cannes Yachting Festival with the international unveiling of the all-new 34 Alizé together with the European debuts of the SR44 SX and SLR/SR 60.
The 34 Alizé is the highly anticipated sibling to the 37 Shamal, designed by Espen Øino International, and replaces Windy’s famous Khamsin model – the brand’s most successful sports cruiser to date. Combining a beautifully proportioned design with timeless Windy elegance and luxury, the 34 Alizé reaffirms Windy’s long-established position as the European trend setter and market leader for Sport Cruisers.
The SR44 SX made a splash when it was displayed at the Windy HQ in April, and it will be seen by the European market for the first time in Cannes. Sporting the same sleek lines and characteristics of the SR44, which has an inboard engine, the SX version boasts powerful Yamaha outboards and a top speed in excess of 50 knots.
The striking SLR/SR60 is the 60ft flagship of the Windy SR Series, and boasts a strong personality with a clear dual purpose. Designed to be the ultimate chase boat and yacht tender, she serves as a nimble sports boat for diving and fishing, as well as facilitating extended excursions and coastal cruising. The contemporary and elegant exterior profile, drawn by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, has been a hit in the superyacht sector with the first four hulls already sold.
